It is a well-known fact in the industry that silicone raw materials, by their very nature, cannot be bonded together using conventional methods. Therefore, the process of forming silicone strips into O-rings is generally carried out using the hot-press method worldwide. However, our company has achieved a significant technological innovation in this field, enabling the ends of silicone strips to be joined with extremely high strength using a specially developed solution and supporting adhesive . Connections obtained using this method are highly resistant to breakage and have a long lifespan.

Thanks to this innovative production approach, we have been regularly supplying silicone gaskets to Turkey's leading natural gas flue system manufacturers for many years.

In addition, we manufacture silicone gaskets in various sizes and profiles for fire exit doors, steel doors, and industrial door systems . Our products stand out with their high temperature resistance, flexibility, long lifespan, and superior sealing performance.

Closely monitoring industry needs, our company has thoroughly examined EPDM and rubber seals used in many areas, particularly cold storage doors ; and has determined that silicone offers significantly superior performance in terms of quality, hot and cold resistance, and leak-proofness. Accordingly, we have developed and put into production alternative products made entirely from silicone raw material , with the exact same dimensions as the rubber products available on the market.
